Safer outcomes through better training

Our mission is to become Australia’s centre of excellence for emergency procedures training, helping aviation operators and safety-critical organisations deliver safer outcomes through more realistic, practical and effective training.

Beyond ticking the boxes

Emergency training should do more than satisfy a regulatory requirement.

CrewSafety was created to raise the standard of emergency procedures training by replacing outdated, overly theoretical training with practical learning experiences that better reflect real-world conditions.

Our purpose is simple: help crews build the confidence, judgement and response capability needed when every second counts.

Experienced leadership

CrewSafety is led by a team with deep experience across aviation, operational delivery, government, stakeholder engagement and business leadership.
